| Ministry Training Programs FOUR-YEAR DIPLOMA AS AN ORDAINED MINISTER* (120 Credits) REQUIREMENTS: Complete Certificate, Ministerial and Licensed Minister courses. In addition, complete successfully 30 Credit Hours of Study (Courses below). PRE-REQUISITES: Successful completion of 30 Credit Hours of One-Year Certificate as a Christian Worker; 30 Credit Hours of Two-Year Certificate as a Ministerial Apprentice; and 30 Credit Hours of Three-Year Diploma as a Licensed Minister. For ordination as a Reverend Minister: All students (without exception) must produce proof of hands-on ministerial training with a church or para-church organization for a period of one-year following the four-year program of study or from Year Three through the end of the four-year program. *Possess all rights and privileges appertaining to Ministry. May pastor a Church. May preach, teach, counsel, lead worship services, officiate weddings, communion, baptismal ceremonies, act as an administrator of a Church, and obtain exemption from social security taxes, if IRS requirements are met. |
